Goods supplied were faulty. No number that I could find to contact only an email address. Then when you email you get a response explaining they won’t be able to respond for 7 days! Still waiting for a response....
Was told on the phone by a salesperson that the shower would include a manifold/backplate to sit in the wall to be mounted on, before I purchased it (as this was a bit of an influence on whether or not I'd buy it). I also asked if the whole unit was stainless steel, and was told it was definitely all stainless steel.
Alas, it did not come with a manifold, and the control dials are made of cheap plastic. Quite disappointed to be honest!

Ordered two taps - easy online process. Quick delivery and packaged professionally.
Excellent quality, wanted to order another and had a query, all dealt with swiftly and set up no problems, friendly and helpful staff.
Wouldn't hesitate to use again for any other taps / plumbing parts etc.

Ordered sink and tap. Paid for 24 hour delivery. Didn't turn up next day or day after. Contacted them to say I wanted a refund and not to send the goods as my kitchen was getting fitted next day and I'd had to buy from B&Q. delivery driver turns up 6!!!! Days later whilst I was on holiday. Explained that I wasn't accepting delivery so he took it back. No refund issued. Then another 7 days pass and delivery driver tries to deliver sink and tap again!!!! After numerous emails I finally got my refund after 2 weeks. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service, the tap is well finished and work well. It could be a bit easier to operate, but not a major issue.
Good, easy to use website and fast delivery, however I sent a query regarding our item over a week ago and am still waiting for a response.
Very happy with the straightforward online ordering and prompt delivery service. I gave it four stars as we have not installed the bath/shower mixer yet but it looks of good quality. Happy to recommend this company.

Sink was great but the tap had perished seals on flexi pipes and leaked on fitting. Also internal fault with tap. Had frank conversations to try and get a replacement. A replacement was finally issued so just hoping it doesn’t go wrong in the future
